Train a command in context

Read the task, recall the keys and check the feedback. Repeat commands you want to use in your own spreadsheets. The practice checks your key combination; it does not edit a real workbook.

Check the application and platform

The current Excel collection uses Windows combinations. Excel on Mac or in a web browser can use different shortcuts, and function keys may require an Fn key depending on your keyboard settings.

Keep your layout in mind

Swiss and German QWERTZ keyboards differ in symbol placement. Select a matching keyboard in the trainer and consult the lesson note. Use the safe answer field for combinations the browser reserves.
